THE APCM 21ST APRIL 2024 AT 11.00 AM AT ST PETER’S CHURCH
We are pleased to confirm that the Annual Parish Council Meeting will be held on Sunday 21st April at 11.00 am at St Peters Church, Herne Drive. This is when we consider the business of the church for 2023 and vote for churchwardens and PCC representatives. It will follow the usual Sunday Service at St Peters which starts at 10.00am. If you would like a lift to and from the service and the APCM there is a sign up list on the welcome desk at St Martin’s Church, or please ask one of the churchwardens (contact details on the Who’s Who ministry team page).
All those persons on the electoral roll of the parish churches can attend and vote. If you cannot make the meeting but would like to appoint a proxy to attend in person and raise any issues on your behalf, or for that person to cast votes on your behalf, please contact the PCC Secretary, Andrew Gough on gougha@talktalk.net. He will send you a form.
If you are granting a proxy and have a specific issue that you want raised then please let the PCC secretary know in advance by 19th April so that, if necessary, we can consider the issue and hopefully come prepared with an answer,
