St Martin's and St Peter's is marking the 80th Anniversary of VE Day in May 2025.
There will be a service at the War Memorial in St Martin's churchyard on VE Day Thursday 8th May at 7pm.
On Bank Holiday Monday 5th May, there is a wartime themed treasure hunt by car setting off from St Peter's, Herne Drive, Greenhill at 1pm.
At 4pm on Bank Holiday Monday 5th May there will be a street-party Afternoon Tea outside St Peter's Church in Greenhill, followed by a wartime sing-a-long in the "shelter" in St Peter's!
£10 a car for treasure hunt and afternoon tea. £5 per household for afternoon tea only.
